CHOUQUETTES
Bonjour a tous ! Nous entamons 2008 avec enthousiasme et plein de projets pour ameliorer le quotidien.
Aujourdh'hui, je vous propose une recette que tout le monde connait, tres legere et tres simple a realiser. Ma fille n'en a fait qu'une bouchee.
J'ai simplement suivi la recette de marmiton.

This recipe is extremely easy to make and so light. You'll be surprised. My daughter is still asking for some more.

CHOUQUETTES
Ingrédients (for about 45 chouquettes) :
- 1/4 L of water
- 100 g of butter
- 150 g of flour
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 3 large eggs
- sugar 'perlé'
Put the water and the butter in a saucepan over a low heat.
When it starts boiling, remove from the heat and add the flour, salt and baking powder in one go.
Mix everything with a spoon until it forms a dough.
Let it cool for a bit.
Add the sugar, then the first egg, mix until absorbed by the dough. Do the same with the remaining eggs, one by one.
Put teaspoons of dough on a baking tray covered by a baking sheet. You will have to do 2 or 3 trays for the quantity.
Top each one with the sugar 'perle'
Put in a preheated oven 210degres (Th7) for 15mn to 20mn (190degres -Th6 is enough for an oven fan)
Remove from the baking sheet once out of the oven otherwise they will stick to it.
With coffee or tea they are DIVINE !
